PET bottle washing recycling machine is designed for process waste PET bottles, such as mineral water bottles, pure water bottles, cola bottles, beverage bottles etc.. PET bottle washing recycling line including label-removing, crushing, washing, drying and packing. Processing waste PET bottles into PET bottle flakes is a complete automated recycling system.
After being processed by our PET bottle washing and recycling machine, the humidity of the final PET bottle flakes will be less than 1%, and the dry and clean PET bottle flakes can be sent to our granulator to be directly made into granules. We can supply PET beverage bottle recycling machines with capacities between 300kg/h and 3000kg/h. The final product, PET flakes, has stable quality and various application levels. The clean recycled PET bottle flakes processed by the PET bottle recycling machine can be used to produce polyester short fibers, PET tapes, pellets, PET transparent films and sheets, etc. High-grade PET bottle flakes can also be used to re-form PET bottles.
